The college of management web site provides information and services to those interested in both undergraduate and graduate academic studies.

Our Responsibility

We created the graphic design and UI for the college website and the corresponding mobile website. We conducted a series of user studies and conducted market research. All of the products were tested and validated in our usability lab.

Project Goals

Our goals were clear from day one: to raise the conversion rate of referrals from the site and represent the college with dignity, while still appealing to a young audience.

Research is a Powerful Tool

A large part of the project was devoted to the initial research phase. During the study we performed: in-depth interviews with candidates, interviews with the advisor team, observations of the consultation process, and in-depth analysis of the previous site using data mining tools. This phase was devoted to understanding the decision-making process of users and their primary needs on site.

Multi-Platform Experience

To establish a comprehensive experience we prototyped and designed The College of Management website in multiple platforms. We designed different experiences for each platform but maintained the brand look and feel. Our goal was to enable easy and friendly access to information via different devices.
